Whether you experienced technical issues or simply changed your mind, we will honor your refund request within the 14-day period.

If eligible, we will refund the full amount you paid for Threadful. Please note that additional charges, such as taxes or bank transaction fees, may not always be refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

5. Termination of Access

When your refund is processed, your access to Threadful will end immediately.
